Marketing Your Property

• Marketing fees range from $2,000 - $5,000 depending on the type of property and location. Most fees are $3,000 or less. The fee will be determined by your Exchange USA Administrator and you.
• Marketing fees are paid by credit card through your Admin or below by clicking the Pay Here button.

Our Service Fee

• Our fee is a 2% transactional fee to use our website listing service. Our services include a sale Administrator and closing management. This fee will be listed on the closing statement and paid at closing as part of the sale disbursements.

Transaction Fees

These fees are not paid to Exchange USA, they are paid to the vendors directly. Buyers and sellers will directly engage vendors and are responsible for these costs of services related to closing the sale. These fees may include but are not limited to the following:

• Loan costs including loan points, interest, applications fees, etc.
• Appraisals
• Environmental site surveys
• Property Inspections
• Attorneys
• Closing fee's - generally split between both the buyer and the seller of the property including title insurance, documentation fees, notary, escrow, postage, overnight labels, etc.
